Who We Are
Ensemble Orthopedics Inc., an Austin, Texas based company, was established in 2019 to develop minimally-invasive and minimally-disruptive, interpositional surgical solutions for the upper extremity arthroplasty market. Our first device, the Ensemble CMC™, received FDA clearance in December 2020.
Our ensemble includes: design pioneers, R&D specialists, biomaterials experts, seasoned sales executives, as well as leaders with experience in business development, regulatory affairs, clinical studies, surgeon education, and the marketing and commercialization of medical devices.

- Served on boards including Aevi Genomics, Encore Medical, and BioMedical Enterprises
- Acted as President of the Society for Biomaterials
Sandie Roth, Chief Operating Officer
- 15 years’ experience in product development, clinical, quality, and regulatory
- Managed OUS pre-market clinical studies for US and EU approval
- Worked for both large orthopedic (Biomet) and start-up (Nexgen Spine) companies
